Returns
You have 15 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

- Include all original tags, accessories, and contents.
- Not show signs of misuse or customer-caused damage.

Return Shipping Costs

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This right does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
